Autistic Spectrum Disorder
The exact number of people who have autistic spectrum disorder is not known but there is an estimate that one in every two hundred people has the disorder.
The children who have the disorder have a very hard time understanding what others are saying. This is especially problematic if the child wants to play with other children or if he wants to enjoy other recreational activities. This is also difficult if the child wants to learn new things.
But people who have autistic spectrum disorder are good at creative outlets like in music, art and poetry. They have the capacity to concentrate hard on one subject or thing so they become adept in something they really love doing.
The exact causes of this disorder are still not known but researchers and scientists are trying to find out more about the disorder.
